The long-awaited night has passed. My prom night; a once in a lifetime moment was held at Bumi Sangkuriang. Why am I so excited about this?! It's because that I designed my own dress! Well, apparently the dress is not 100% freshly came out from my brain as my own original idea. I was just trying to mix up eye's objects I saw like for example: The skirt details of the soft-coloured dress worn by Emma Roberts, TOM BINNS HAND PAINTED CRYSTAL MESSAI NECKLACES *faint*, Nicholas Kirkwood fall silk lace over navy suede, China Glaze and Nicole by O.P.I nailpolishes, to create the look I wanted to have. And here's my weirdly weird expectations. The lace that is attached to my dress was hopefully to be like lime green but the designer where I made the dress suggested to use the same pallet with my basic fabric and that would be silver to make the dress not too plain. Haha, my idea of putting lime green lace way too striking! Okay, I agreed. I didn't want to look hideous. I was curious about my expectations. That's why I made this collage:

Fashion Formula:
Self-designed dress + Faux diamond necklace + Lace jilbab + The face shop nail polishes + Noche Wedges
With Lestari, Annisa, and Melinda photographed at Papyrus
Annisa
Her cuteness on her face (+ behaviour) won't ever be faded away even she's wearing black head-to-toe. I like how Nisa worn her easy-to-wear dress paired up with a fierce black wedges. The necklace seemed to give an edge that empowering her effortless look. And moreover, her look is just so right to be decorated with the beautifully braided hair!
Melinda
I was amazed the first time I saw Melinda. On her beautiful face polished a courageous-modern make up. Under her eyes framed white lines which made her so shining. The cotton dress was also outstanding! The detail is just simply unique! She said that it's a custom-made made by her sister's fashion line. Her 'simple-but-courageous' look reminded me of how catwalkers dressed on chill events.
Hasna
Cute dress, isn't it?! The 'pinch here - pinch there' details reminded me of the simpler Comme des Garçons essence. It's actually meant to be worn as both maxi or short dress. There are buttons behind the dress that you can't see... I loved how Nana worn it asymmetrically. The necklace surely brought colour to her look, and that fedora hat?! showed that she lives in music world!

Eventually, the prom night I had wasn't as vivacious as I imagined. The way it ended that night made me dance to the instrument of waltz of the flower by Tchaikovsky. It ends 'Inoubliable'.
