    i used photoscape application which you can download it for free here: http://www.photoscape.org/

    and then i went to filter and clicked the 'cellophane' mode.

    that's just it! I hope it's useful for you.

    and thanks for reblogging my photo. but it would be nicer if you put the credit on. :)
